About Me
From One Book to an Entire Empire.
Hi, I’m Ariel Perry-Cruz, a serial entrepreneur, proud student, wife, and lover of all things bold and purposeful. Born in Illinois, raised in Atlanta, and now rooted in Minnesota, my journey has been anything but a straight line, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. It all started with a book. MzTinydetailz was my first leap, putting my words into the world and trusting that someone needed to hear them.
From there, Xtraordinary Coordinations took shape, and then came another business, and another, and another. Over 20 ventures later, I’m a student (Graduation 2027!), literally pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree, because I believe the day you stop learning is the day you stop growing. I’m LGBTQ, a POC, very family oriented, married to my love since March 2023, and building a beautiful blended family while building an empire. Staying busy isn’t a habit for me. It’s a calling.

Everything I build is rooted in one belief: that where you start does not determine where you finish. My mission is to create businesses, spaces, and resources that empower women, celebrate minority communities, strengthen families, and leave something real and lasting for the generations that come after us. Every venture is a seed. Every seed is a legacy.

Empowerment. I believe every woman, every minority, and every underestimated person deserves access to tools, opportunities, and spaces that help them rise. Everything I create is designed to lift someone higher than where they started.
Legacy. I am not just building businesses. I am building something that will still be standing long after I am gone. Every decision I make is filtered through one question: does this create something worth leaving behind?
Community. Family is everything and community is family. I build with the people around me in mind, because success that does not reach back and pull others forward is not the kind of success I am chasing.
